The couple are still grieving the death of their five-year-old girl, Lucy.

Tragically, Claire and John’s daughter passed away suddenly because of a heart condition.

As the parents struggled to come to terms with the devastating death, they knew that they wouldn’t be able to have any more children of their own.

Doctors have warned Claire not to have any more children because she suffers from multiple-sclerosis.

But miraculously, she’s found a way to have a second child that is still biologically related to her.

Members of the audience were in tears when Dave revealed that Claire’s identical twin sister Emma agreed to have the couple’s baby.

Claire said: “It’s just so overwhelming.

“I just so wanted another child and the doctor said really please don’t have another child I strongly advise you against it.”
