Olympic champ Usain Bolt’s sister reveals that the sprinter can’t wait to get home and propose to Jamaican girlfriend Kasi Bennett
SPRINT legend Usain Bolt will marry his gorgeous Jamaican girlfriend Kasi Bennett after the Olympics and start a family, his sister told The Sun on Sunday last night.
Big sister Christine Bolt-Hylton, 32, said she had seen first-hand that the couple are serious and expects the track icon to propose on his return home.
And Kasi, 26, will join the entire Bolt clan and his close pals when he parties in triumph after his historic “triple triple” of sprint crowns from three successive Olympics.
Bolt, 29, has kept his love for Kasi secret, saying recently only that he had been dating a woman back home for two years.
But Christine, from Kingston, Jamaica, revealed the couple have, in fact, been an item for three years and have become incredibly close.
She told The Sun on Sunday last night: “I’ve met her and she’s lovely - she’s perfect for Usain.
“I would say that there’s a very strong possibility they’ll get engaged when he comes home.
“I last saw them in March at Usain’s restaurant in Jamaica and they looked very comfortable together, sharing their food and laughing and joking.
“They like the same music, the same food and doing the same things together and it makes sense for them to get together.
“I’ve talked to Usain about starting a family and he says he wants to, and I’m sure he will now he’s achieved so much.
“He doesn’t live with Kasi at the moment but he spends all his time with her when he’s here, chilling out and relaxing between races and training.
“Usain has had a few girlfriends, but not many - but no one ever as serious as Kasi and I’m sure he’ll be settling down with her before long.
“I think she’s the one.”
Bolt - worth an estimated £46 million - was crowned history’s greatest track athlete as he sealed the unique “triple triple” at Rio’s Olympic Stadium.
He brought home the baton for Jamaica in the 4x100 metres relay to secure his ninth gold medal in an unmatched track career.

The sporting superman said winning the 100metres, 200 metres and relay race in Rio after doing the same in London and Beijing would make him “immortal.”
And few fans disagreed inside 57,000-seat arena as the fastest man on the planet wheeled away in triumph before performing his trademark “Lightning Bolt” salute.
It was the 6ft 5ins star’s last games - and he is now assured of a golden retirement estimated to net him a staggering £55 million over the next year alone.
Bolt ran the last of four relay legs to blitz his rivals finishing 37.27 seconds, three metres clear of ahead of second placed Japan with USA landing the bronze.
And gorgeous Kasi poured out her pride as he stormed to his ninth Olympic gold.
Within minutes of his historic triumph the beauty wrote on Instagram: “Respect the legend.”
Bolt recently revealed a link to stunning Kasi for the first time, posting a sexy picture of the pair with the caption “president and first lady.”
And Kasi has emerged as the 29-year-old sprint superstar’s number one fan in a series of tweets celebrating his Rio 2016 gold rush.
She tweeted after the 6ft 5ins hero’s 100 metres win : “'My babbbbbbbbbbbyyyyyyyyyyy!!!' 'Wha dem a guh do yah now?'
After his third 200 metres Olympic gold in a row the beauty added: “This level of pride is unfathomable.”
Kasi calls the lanky sport legend her “boss” and tweeted earlier in the games: “Excitement today; history tomorrow!”
Before the 200 metres she said: “Watch babe kill this!', adding 'phone lost but that nah stop these tweets!”
The sprinter said in January this year that he was “off the market”, and was in a steady relationship with a Jamaican woman.
He described his mystery girl as being a “special person” in his life but wanted their relationship kept low-key.
Bolt’s mum Jennifer also wants him to settle down and start a family after Rio.
She said: “I would hope he’ll settle down, get married and start his family.
“I know he’ll settle down because he has said it. He told me many times that he’s going to start his family.”
Bolt will turn 30 today when the Rio Games close and has confirmed it will be his last Olympics.
