Kate Wright looks stunning in a busty lemon ball gown as Rio Ferdinand says his kids adore her
KATE Wright stunned in a yellow ball gown as she attended a charity event on Friday night.
The former Towie star appeared to take inspiration from Belle in Beauty and the Beast with her golden number.
Kate posed on a balcony overlooking the Sports Relief ball with her bright gown accentuating her golden tan.
She wore her hair back in a ponytail braid and kept her accessories to a minimum as she let her statement dress do the talking.
She captioned the snap: "Having the most fabulous night @sportrelief BT ball ... thank you @suzanneneville for my amazing dress 💛💛💛💛".
Her followers loved her look with many telling her she "looked like a princess".
It comes as boyfriend Rio has revealed how much his three children adore Kate.
Kate, 26, gave up her career to become a stay-at-home step-mum to Lorenz, Tate and Tia after falling in love with Rio.
Rio's wife Rebecca died of breast cancer in 2014.
Speaking to The Times magazine about his relationship with Kate, Rio said: "My relationship with Kate has helped in that they have got a female in the house now.
"They run past me sometimes to go to her. I've had to go through a period of being very, very open, and men aren't normally like that naturally.
"So having that extra person in the house who is female, who has that softer touch, I think is vitally important for the kids."
Kate recently revealed Rio's children are begging her to have a baby with the football legend.
Appearing on This Morning, Kate said her three step-kids ask her every day if she'll give them another brother or sister.
She said: "At the beginning I could never imagine the kids would talk about [the future with me].
"When I'd pick them up from school they'd say I was an aunt, then it turned to their dad's girlfriend and now they say I'm their step-mum.
"On a daily basis they'll ask 'when are you giving us a baby brother or sister?' I have to say 'not yet'."
"They'll say 'when do you want to get married, we want to be bridesmaids'.
"It's really lovely how far we've come. They're leading the conversation every day.
"Every day they'll say 'dad, are you going to do it yet?' Rio's like oh god, I've got three kids and Kate, and thinking when are we going to do it."

The ex-reality TV star told Phil and Holly she will never replace their mum, Rebecca, who died after a battle with breast cancer on May 2 2015, aged just 34.
Instead, she makes sure the kids feel like they can talk about it whenever they want - and they even have a whole room dedicated to her.
Talking about giving up her career for Rio, Kate said: "When I did that everyone thought I was crazy. But they had lost their mum, they didn't need a woman who was out everywhere. They need someone at home to give them love."
