‘Heavily intoxicated’ Heather Locklear rushed to hospital for suspected overdose just hours after arrest for ‘attacking cop and paramedic’

TROUBLED Heather Locklear has been admitted to hospital for a suspected overdose - just hours after she was arrested for "attacking a cop and paramedic".
Police and ambulance crew rushed to the actress' California home after receiving an "overdose call" yesterday afternoon, according to TMZ.
Sources told the website that the 56-year-old is now receiving treatment.
The Dynasty star's suspected overdose came just hours after her arrest for allegedly punching a cop and kicking a paramedic.
And last week, Locklear was hospitalised after she “threatened to shoot herself”.
Locklear was held on Sunday night after police responded to a “disturbance call”, according to reports.
A family member of Locklear’s is understood to have called 911 while the actress was “heavily intoxicated”, reports TMZ.
When police arrived, she allegedly punched an officer attempting to separate her from family. Locklear then kicked an EMT who was putting her on a gurney, it’s claimed.
Ventura County Sheriff's Office records show that Locklear was taken into custody at 11:30pm and later booked just after 2am on Monday on two misdemeanour counts of battery.
Locklear was first taken to the hospital to be cleared for booking, according to the Sheriff's Office.
She was bailed yesterday morning and had been due to appear in court today.
Locklear’s recent arrest came just four months after she was held by police for allegedly scrapping with her boyfriend Chris Heisser.
Heather, who has spent years battling addiction issues, was arrested on February 26 after police were called to her home in Thousand Oaks, California.
She was arrested on suspicion on felony domestic violence over the alleged bust-up with her boyfriend.
Heather was also charged with three counts of misdemeanour battery on an officer for allegedly lashing out at police.
And last week, Locklear was “taken to hospital” amid claims she “threatened to shoot herself”.
She was taken for a psychiatric evaluation after a family member called police and said they were concerned about her behaviour.

Locklear was admitted to an involuntary psychiatric hold on June 17, and she had just been released when this latest incident occurred on Sunday.
