ALLY McCOIST believes Pedro Caixinha can mastermind a stunning Scottish Cup upset on Sunday.
The ex-Ibrox boss reckons the Portuguese has given everyone at Rangers a massive lift.
And while he knows Celtic start as huge Hampden favourites, McCoist believes the gap between the Old Firm rivals is closing.
He said: “I think Rangers are in a better position now than they have been for a wee while.
“They are still a considerable bit behind Celtic, who are the best team in the country by a mile.
“That said, I think Rangers have shown enough improvement to indicate that they’ll make a game of it.
