Married YouTube star Chris Ingham famous for family vids bombarded fans as young as 16 with ‘sexual’ messages

A YOUTUBE star who has amassed a legion of followers by portraying himself as a doting dad and loving husband has bombarded teenage fans with "sexual" and "creepy" texts, The Sun Online can reveal.
Chris Ingham, the star of The Ingham Family channel which boasts views of more than 300 million, has sent a series of seedy messages to fans – including asking one 16-year-old to "sneak out" of her mum's hotel room and meet him in the middle of the night.
Ingham, who is married to wife Sarah, 35, and has three children aged 12, 9 and 6, has become an online sensation through his YouTube channel The Ingham Family where they boast more than one million subscribers.
Wearing a beanie hat, necklace and skinny jeans, the 34-year-old dad also posts videos of himself rollerblading onto a personal YouTube channel where he has more than 30,000 subscribers.
But away from the cameras he has secretly been hounding some fans.
He sent a leering picture of himself asking a 19-year-old to send him a photo of her naked after claiming he could make her a star.
Another fan, Jess Simpson, 16, from Sussex, came forward and told The Sun Online how she met him while she was on holiday with her parents in Disneyland Florida last October.
After realising she was staying in the same hotel as the Ingham family, the young fan asked to meet and took a picture with them all.
Just hours later she was bombarded with a series of late night private Twitter messages from dad Chris, who called her “mega pretty”, told her “I bet I can make you feel a lot better about things” and said: “If you can sneak out without waking anyone then deffo come meet me!”
Ingham later asked her if she was “home alone”, before saying “I’m coming over for a party” and telling Jess he wanted to go “skinny dipping”.
They never met in person but the teenager eventually told her mum about the messages.

Jess said: “I was a big fan of the channel so was really happy to meet up with him and his family when we were on holiday.
"Then he started messaging me. It wasn't until he began asking if I was alone and that he was going to come round 'for a party' that I began to feel scared and that it was creepy.”
Jess' mum Theresa Simpson, a 38-year-old bookkeeper, added: "Children can obviously be blinded by the fame of these people, so as parents it is so difficult to keep them safe with the internet.
"We try and be really strict with social media and using their phones but sometimes an incident can feel inevitable when people act in this way.

CHRIS Ingham has bombarded his young fans with texts described by police as "sexual".
After meeting 16-year-old Jess Simpson on holiday in Florida, he began messaging her privately on Twitter.
He told her: "Bet I can make you feel a lot better about things. And I DEFINITELY want to stay in touch when we're all back home too."
The star added: "Trust me, I bet we have a lot in common! If you can sneak out without waking anyone then deffo come meet me!
"I'm always up every night, I would say tonight but I need to crack on with editing first. If you're awake in an hour or two. Ha."
Two days later the messages became more suggestive.
Jess recieved a message which read: "Haha you home alone? X"
When she said she was, Chris replied: "I'm coming over for a party!!" and said: "Contemplating skinny dipping in the pool."
Another fan, Bella Fearn, 19, met Chris when the Ingham family were at Alton Towers where she worked at the time.
After meeting the family, Bella recived snapchat messages from Chris promising that he could help her become a social media star.
He wrote: "You're a proper genuine person. I could tell that from the second we met this morning. You've got a real likability about you. So that alongside the fact you're easy on the eye... I reckon a YouTube and Instagram influencer would be a great thing for you!"
Chris added: "You clearly look after yourself and you're super pretty. So.. you know."
He later wrote: "I hope you don't mind me saying but you have a banging body. And you're super good looking! [...] Anyway... bottom line. I like you. And I like helping people. And I have the powers and the people to help turn yourself into a massive role model to thousands on instagram. And maybe even YouTube too."
Later he asked her: "Random question... have you ever had a dude come onto you at work like when you're cleaning a room or anything like that?! Something I always wondered about hotel workers. Like propositioned you to come join him in his room?!"
"I find the way Chris spoke to my daughter really worrying, and I think any parent would. My daughter had recently turned 16 at the time and she was vulnerable.
"Because she is at the age of consent police said they will take all the evidence and look at it because obviously it happened in Florida, so we are in ongoing discussions with them."
Sussex Police said in a statement to The Sun Online: "Police received a report on July 9 that a 16-year-old girl had been contacted on social media while on holiday.
"The person who made contact with her was also believed to be a British man.
"The contacts were of a sexual nature, however they did not meet in person. As the girl was over 16, no offences have been committed."
Another fan, Bella Fearn, 19, from Cheadle in Staffordshire, told how she began receiving direct Snapchat messages from Ingham after meeting him at Alton Towers where she was working in May this year.
In one message he said: “Anyways… bottom line, I like you. And I like helping people. And I have the powers and the people to help turn yourself into a massive role model to thousands on Instagram and maybe even YouTube too.”
After she sent him a selfie, he replied: “Drop that towel and re send!!”.
Bella said: "He told me how I was gorgeous and he loved my pictures.
"I'd just finished work and sent him a picture and he told me to resend it without the towel. It was disgusting and just really inappropriate because he's got a wife and kids and all these fans.
"He is a massive star and I was afraid of speaking out, but when I saw Jess' messages and the other women coming forward I knew I had to.
"When you watch the videos he seems lovely and a family dad but these texts just prove he’s a total creep."

On the Ingham Family channel - which has had 345million video plays – the dad portrays himself as a dedicated father and loving husband, often taking his wife and children on days out and swish holidays.
In one video, he whisks Sarah and their children away for a surprise trip to London to celebrate his wife's 30th and he recently showed off a tattoo which reads: "Sarah Ingham forever".
Since they began filming in December 2015, the popularity of the YouTube channel has led to the family enjoying sponsored holidays and getting access to VIP events.
Earlier this month they went on a trip to the capital, sponsored by Sony Pictures Animation, to promote the upcoming film Hotel Transylvania 3: Monster Vacation.
Wife Sarah recently revealed on the channel that she is pregnant and expecting her fourth child with Chris.
A spokesman for Ingham said: "Mr Ingham's lawyer noted the police are not investigating his client."
